Responsible for managing all strategic procurement activities with the objective to achieve an optimal contribution for the company by leveraging standardization /pooling / productivity opportunities and pioneering for best conditions and delivery excellence. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Organize and execute pooling of the demands of the company and optimize utilization of procurement power; 
• Gather and analyze internal demands, procurement markets and supplier information, including mid and long term trends;
• Define, coordinate and implement the commodity business strategy based on current guidelines, including supply / pooling opportunities, cost reduction programs and taking into account the strategies of business units and global purchasing;
• Responsible for budget planning, optimizing and controlling of material and to maximize the contribution to operating profit from materials;
• Conduct price and contract negotiation with supplies at the best conditions.
• Benchmarking and best practice sharing with the market to further improve procurement within the Group;
• Manage the supplier network for in-house / contract manufacturing. 

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration and/or Engineering respectively related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years very solid experience in sourcing / procurement management preferably with 5 years cross-functional exposure gained;
• Previous exposure to international matrix organization in diversified culture;
• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers;
• Familiar with commercial terms, customs regulations in China as well as strong knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain process;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly;
• Required station in Shenzhen.
