The Job

• Responsible for developing and managing store planograms and the related range planning from concept through store implementation.
• Optimize the product assortment via sound analysis to maximize sales and profit and space
• Partner with Category Managers for conducting range reviews to deliver the best customer outcomes and enhance range productivity
• Provide the latest thinking in customer and ranging analytics to support this critical process
• Implement range reviews and the evaluation of range review performance regularly
• Provide and influence merchandizing decisions by producing commercial recommendations
• Managing the planograms for various store profiles
• To ensure that a category review is done with ‘the-customer-first’ in mind and improves the shopping experience

The Person

• Degree holder with a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in retail industry
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills are essential
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  Well organized, attentive to details, and have good business acumen
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
