Our client is a US listed American electronic manufacturer, the company develop and produce a variety of consumer electronic products include audio device, remote controller, smart home senors, etc. they are also an OEM for other electronic companies. Due to the rapid expansion within the Asia Pacific region, they are currently looking for a Senior Demand Planner / Assistant Demand Planning Manager (Regional) to Join their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the forecast and rectify the trend on sales regularly based on the market trend
• Manage the demands and ensure the validated forecasts are integrated in system for production planning
• Closely communicate with sales and marketing to prepare the demand forecast and related analysis. Ensure the forecast process is being followed by different parties.
• Closely monitor the regional stock level to ensure the target on inventory approached
• Manage the order level of region to meet the consensus ordering pace with factory in SOP meeting.
• Maintain the data in KPI system of APAC to reflect the performance of whole supply chain.
• Prepare and analysis KPI performance and identify the reasons behind and corresponding actions

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 3 – 5 years in supply chain / demand planning / supply planning / finance related
• Strong in analytical and numerate, detail-oriented, responsible and able work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
• Excellent command in English & Chinese
