Job Description

• Responsible for product development and production follow up 
• Work closely with the design team from product conception, ideas to sampling development
• Drive costing with vendors in a timely manner in order to meet company's goal
• Identify market trends and develop business opportunity
  
  
  

Requirement

• At least 5 years merchandising experience in footwear, preferably having worked in a buying office 

• Good product knowledge, such as cemented athletic / injection / vulcanized shoes, etc
• Strong experience in product development would definitely be an advantage 

• Familiar with the updated U.S. testing standard 

• Willing to travel 

• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Immediate availability preferred
