Our client is a reputable fund management firm with a focus in the Greater China region. They are currently looking for an Investment Operations professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to Senior Operations Manager in Hong Kong, your main tasks are to support the portfolio managers on daily trade transactions, resolve settlement issues and to monitor all corporate action events for the Firm’s investment in Greater China market. You will liaise extensively with prime brokers and internal front office colleagues on trade reconciliations, unmatched trades, corporate actions and settlement issues.

To qualify, you must have 3 - 5 years of experience in trade support and operation, preferably in a fund house or with a fund administrator. Ability to manage and instruct the execution brokers/prime brokers to resolve daily issues is highly preferred. You must have strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
