Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Expand the bank’s structured credit & securitization business in East Asia region, mainly cover Hong Kong, China, Korea and Taiwan
• Perform marketing duties including meeting with clients, preparing marketing materials, proposals and presentations
• Assist senior members in originating the deals by preparing credit applications & evaluation, risk & financial analysis, and term sheet negotiation
• Conduct market research in structured finance market and capital market, related laws and regulations in promoting new deals and new products
• Perform credit analysis on portfolio; conduct base case/stress case analysis through cash flow model for structured finance transactions
• Handle internal & compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects for the team

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/ Accounting/ Banking related disciplines
• Around 3 – 4 years’ experience in the area of corporate finance or structured finance gained from investment bank, wholesale bank or international financial institutions
• Proven track record in credit risk management, debt structuring and knowledge in financial modeling
• Relevant product experience in structured credit & securitization is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; critical thinking and problem solving skills
• A team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Multi-tasking and attend to details; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Mandarin
