Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Prepare, analyse and communicate various reports promptly for management’s review on all aspects of hotel group's revenue and market performances
- Responsible for Rate, Promotion and Package loading, and relevant distribution to all channels, to ensure rates, rate descriptions, terms and conditions, policies and translations are published in professional manner
- Conduct investigations and troubleshoot with Manager, Channel Distribution, IT department, client and vendor in case of rate, availability and inventory discrepancy cause by system interface or other connectivity issue.
- Conduct regular audit to ensure that Rate Parity is in compliance
- Assist in Forecasting and Budget planning as needed
- Perform assignments as defined by the needs of the department and as directed by the superiors
Let us know more about yourself if you have:
- Bachelor degree and/or Hotel Management degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Revenue Management role
- High proficiency in Central Reservation or Revenue Management Systems (e.g. Opera Central, Sabre Synxis, IDeaS)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, and other advanced data analysis tools)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Previous experience in Hotel Front Office/ Reservations, or Pricing/Business analysis/Online travel distribution in related industries is an asset
