Responsibilities

• As part of a small but busy team, Trust Associates will work on a diverse portfolio of structures and will liaise with intermediaries and service providers.

• Trust Associates will undertake and perform various administrative tasks including:
• complete set-up, administration and liquidation of structures (i.e. holdings and trusts) in various jurisdictions;
• prepare standard documents (i.e. trust deeds, contracts, board minutes, minutes of AGM, power of attorney);
• prepare letters, client invoices, and general administration (i.e. filing)
• communicate with government agencies, law firms, banks, intermediaries and translators as required;
• assist in internal procedures (i.e. customer due diligence/KYC documentation)
• willing to undertake tasks at all levels

Education and Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in law, accounting or company secretarial studies or related discipline

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration role
• reliable and precise, conscientious and professional work attitude
• pro-active and hands on
• strong time management and organizational skills
• capable of problem solving and acting independently
• proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• excellent oral and written communication skills (i.e. English and Chinese is a plus)
• strong interpersonal skills that works well independently or as part of a team
• co-operative, constructive and positive minded personality
• flexible, "can-do" mindset, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
