Responsibilities

• To handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of companies in different jurisdictions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
• Attend meetings with clients and professional intermediaries
• Develop strong and long-term relationship with clients, professional intermediaries and banks
• Identify and raise technical issues and potential problems with Line Manager
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in business related discipline;
• At least 5 year’s company secretarial work experience Knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and familiar with the rules and regulations of other offshore jurisdictions
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel & Chinese processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and able to work independently
• Experience in financial institution
• Immediate available is preferred
