A Listed Company in Hong Kong is looking for high calibre candidates to fill following position:

- 5 days, medical scheme, double pay, bonus, bank holidays

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Corporate Governance 

- Associate/Student Member of HKICS/ICSA 

- Knowledge of the Listing Rules, SFO and Companies Ordinance 

- 5-10 years relevant company secretary experience in Listed Company/international Audit Firm/MNC 

- To assist in organizing and preparing papers for Board, Board committees and shareholders meeting 

- To assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and SFO filings 

- To assist in administering and monitoring stock option schemes 

- To conduct research/[project works as directed from time to time 

- To assist in performing company secretarial works for subsidiaries and joint ventures 

- To handle ad-hoc company secretarial duties as assigned 

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) 

- Good pc skills

- Immediate available
