Job Description

An international corporate services provider is looking for candidates with company secretarial/ corporate services background to join their multi-national team.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist the team for company secretarial duties such as board minutes, statutory filing, circular to shareholders, announcements and annual reports, etc.
  • Handle and deal with clients’ enquiries on all company secretarial matters, including regulatory and statutory compliance matters
  • Liaise with clients, accountants and lawyers on compliance issues
  • Handle bank matters and ad hoc assignments such as arranging for notarization

You will bring to the role:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in the company secretarial industry
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Corporate governance or ICS qualifications would be a plus
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Conversational Mandarin would be a plus
