Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business workflow development and process enhancement
• Align business process with Master Data management
• Manage system accuracy and maintain system parameters for contracts flow & process
• Work with different stakeholders to create road-map and action plans to maintain process knowledge and system proficiency
• Participate in ad hoc projects
• Provide supervision on staff performance and professional development

Requirements:

• University graduate in any disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in process improvement and project management
• Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC software, hand-on experience in ERP/WMS system
