Legal Manager – Telecom

Our client, a leading telecommunication service provider, is expanding their Hong Kong office and hiring a Legal Manager to support the senior management. This person will report directly into the CFO and provide full-spectrum of legal and compliance advice and support, also perform regular and ad-hoc legal document reviews on the company’s business activities. This person will also formulate and implement the company’s legal policy.  

The ideal candidate must have completed a LLB or equivalent legal studies with a minimum of 3 years of corporate finance experience gained from law firms. Legal experience and knowledge for PRC market will be an advantage. He/ she must be a commercially-minded legal professional with excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
