Legal Counsel, 10+ PQE, Real Estate 

Our client is a leading property developer with presence in major cities across the globe is looking for a Legal Counsel for its Hong Kong office to support the business units. This person will handle property related legal works in Hong Kong and overseas markets and provide independent legal supports to different business units in a wide range of day to day and transaction matters, also to review and advise internal clients on wide variety of corporate contracts and license agreements.

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, with property development or real estate focus is a plus. He/ she must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to balance between business needs with legal compliance and able to work under pressure. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
