Description

Recruit up to 3 combination of trainee solicitors, newly qualified to 5 years pqe.

Experienced in handling IPO transactions will be placed in priority consideration.

Experienced in general commercial drafting and negotiations also a preferred consideration. 

Ability to work independantly. English and Putonghua drafting language skills are important.
