Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in general company secretarial matters including
- Organizing board/shareholders' meetings
- Preparation of meeting materials
- Maintenance of corporate records
- Government/ Company filings
- Drafting secretarial documents
- Event preparations & logistics
- Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Group's Hong Kong Office
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree holder in company secretarial studies or related discipline
- Minimum 3/4 years’ relevant company secretarial experience preferably in listed companies or professional firms
- Good PC skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) and English & Chinese word processing
- Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Good interpersonal skills, accurate, independent, details-oriented and able to work under pressure.
