Job Description

Requirement:

-       At least 4 years company secretarial experience

-       Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility

-       Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

-       Student member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries

-       Proficiency in CSA

-       Immediate available is highly preferred

 

Duties:

-       Handle statutory compliance and routine company secretarial work

-       Liaise with internal and external parties of all company secretarial related matters

-       Carry out adhoc assignment as required
