You will report to the Company Secretary.Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Discharging a wide range of company secretarial duties in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulations of the Group
• Supporting the company secretarial department of the Group
• Preparing of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements, circular and other corporate reports
• Implementing operating procedures for Listing Rules and other statutory laws and regulations
• Organizing board meetings and general meetings
• Performing ad hoc duties assigned by the Company Secretary

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with associate or student member of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience gained from listed companies, certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
• Knowledge of Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, PRC, BVI and other jurisdictions
• Able to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
• Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matter is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, meticulous, efficient, analytical and proactive
• Immediate availability is highly preferred and will be given priority
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
