One of my prestige clients is currently looking for a Director of Engineering.

We will be looking for someone with strong technical background and experience in working in large-scale properties before.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ of experience in property, shopping centers, hotel or resort industry
• Good project management skill, PMP qualification preferred
• Strong on vendor management
• A detail-minded team leader with strong managerial, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibility

• Lead a number of teams and directs subordinates to execute the activities of projects, repair, and maintenance
• Prepare budget and expenditure for repair/ maintenance project for consideration in the upcoming fiscal year including repair, replacement and retrofitting 
• Develop operating plans to meet the needs of clients
