Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service Manager in handling customer feedback to help reach the team’s objective
• Process tasks by following company procedures and guidelines
• Take phone calls and deal with/respond to high volume of emails
• Describe customer feedback internally via email/in writing
• Update database on a regular basis to ensure information of customer feedback and follow up actions are recorded accurately and timely
• Handle ad hoc project ad assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Secondary school graduate or above
• At least 2 year’s customer services experience, preferably in property/ facility management
• Be able to handle inquiries, complaints and overcome client challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Well organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and good computer knowledge
• Immediate available is preferred
