Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Report directly to Manager;
- Handle leasing management for the company such as renting, selling or buying assets;
- Negotiate with other parties and handle the relevant documents;
- Handle ad-hoc project.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with at least 3 years’ working experience in leasing management field;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Mature, independent, organized, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer.
- Immediate available is preferable
