Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):
- To advise clients on their property leasing needs
- Able to reach target customers and be able to secure appointments
- To maintain client relationships
- To be responsible for the transaction management and to provide consistent and high quality of customer services
- To update clients and property information database
Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
- Tertiary education background.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Extra language is an advantage.
- Client oriented with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Result oriented and able to work under continuous pressure and to meet tight deadlines
