工作職責

一般租務工作，包括聯絡租户追收租金、跟進物業退租事宜；

處理各種租賃管理和相關事宜；

監督及跟進物業維修工作，並匯報維修工作進度；

處理有關租賃查詢，租賃談判和租賃更新的事宜。

入職條件

教育程度：中五或以上資歷畢業，完成文憑/證書課程優先。

語文程度：良好粵語，普通話或英語優先；懂閱讀中文及英文。

工作經驗：有1年或以上相關工作經驗，擁有律師行經驗優先，懂AutoCAD更佳。

聘用條款

薪金：港幣$ 15,000 - $ 25,000。(視乎經驗)

其他津貼：有花紅。

工作地點：元朗。(公司提供免費接駁巴士服務)

試用期限：為期3個月。

Job duties

General rental work, including liaison with tenants to collect rent and follow-up on property leasing;

Deal with various lease management and related issues;

Supervise and follow up property maintenance work and report the progress of maintenance work;

Dealing with lease enquiries, lease negotiations and lease updates.

Entry conditions

Education level: 5 or above qualifications to complete, complete diploma / certificate course priority.

Language: Good Cantonese, Mandarin or English preferred; Read Chinese and English.

Work experience: 1 year or above relevant work experience, Legal background are highly preferred, hand-on AutoCAD experience perferred.

Terms of employment

Salary: HK$15,000 - $25,000. (Depending on experience)

Other allowances: bonuses.

Location: Yuen Long. (The company provides free shuttle bus service)

Probation period: 3 months.
