A listed property group is inviting the CFO to join their Hong Kong team. This role directly reports to the Chairman.

Responsibilities:

In charge of the overall finance function;

Responsible for the capital market activities and possible future capital injection.

Requirements:

Over 5 years exp in the position of CFO in listed firm, preferably in property industry;

IPO exp is a plus;

Good command of both Mandarin and English.
