The client is a leading garment manufacturing company with over 5000 workers in Cambodia. With their current expansion, the client is now seeking an experienced Factory General Manager to look after the whole operations of the manufacturing plant in Cambodia.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and solving issues with unions

• Establishing, localizing and implementing company policies and procedures in alignment with global strategy and business development.

• Developing and implementation of talent acquisition and maintenance plan and procedure.

• Promoting company culture and maintaining a workforce to support the new business.  

• Capability to solve difficult problems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing garment manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Need experience in bargaining with unions

• Need experience in sizeable scale factory, preferably experience in Cambodia

• Good communication and management skill, proactive and committed attitude

• Fluent in English, with ability in Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus

• Frequent travel or stationed in Cambodia
