• Degree holder in Surveying/Real Estate with HKIS(GP)/RICS(GP)/CIREA qualifications
• At least 6 years of related experience with proven track record in identification of investment opportunities and acquisition of development projects in PRC
• Solid experience in development process, including feasibility studies, land acquisition, valuation and marketing
• Conversant with government authorities/consultants and all relevant parties to execute assigned projects
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling and real estate valuation
• Well-organized, excellent leadership/interpersonal skills, self-motivated with strong business acumen
• Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Willing to travel as and when needed
• Candidates with PRC background/IANG visa are highly preferable
• Candidates without stable track record will NOT be considered
