Reporting to Business Development Manager, the Senior Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible to assist business team with the day to day execution on sales and marketing initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Generate leads and turning them into opportunities for sales to grow business of FHKI services including membership, advertising, IP, funding, etc.;
• Explore new business development opportunities and services to serve members’ needs;
• Develop sales strategy needed to achieve sales targets;
• Analyze and evaluate sales efforts, and to make recommendations;
• Carry out outdoor works such as member visits, build long term relationships with new and existing members;
• Work closely with other divisions to ensure positive client experience and timely conversions, as well as finding opportunities to cross sell;
• Basic salary plus commission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS   

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or business related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in servicing industries, or trade/ industry association with membership driven preferred;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Data sensitive and strong analytical skills;
• Strong planning and organizing skills;
• Mature, self-motivated, outgoing, service-oriented and responsible;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive.
