Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales opportunities from both existing and prospective clients via telephone and face to face
- Grow existing business and be responsible for sourcing all new sales leads from the trade press, competitive events, web sites and directories etc.
- Managing own sales pipeline to ensure team sales target is met
- Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying & researching new growth areas for sales
- Driving and leading multiple projects/events from initial concept to final delivery to meet clients’ objectives and needs
Skills Required:
- University graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably related to exhibitions, events and B2B media industry
- Proven track record in developing business relationships with all level of clients
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin
- Enthusiastic, flexible, resourceful and pro-active approach is essential
- A good communicator on all levels: in person; on the phone; and in writing
- Goal focused can-do attitude and a drive to succeed
- Resilient, determined and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with more experience may consider to be Senior Account Executive
