The Job:

You will lead the expanding sales team and perform the following duties:

• Identify sales opportunities, set and implement sales strategies, explore and establish new sales channels to achieve company goals
• With growing product ranges, expand and build the sales team to cover a broader market coverage
• Lead and drive the Sales team to implement sales plans with an aim to maximize business return
• Set up sales report system and keep management updated with analysis of market & performance, forecast update and advice on changes 
• Work with marketing team to build up sales and marketing plan

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales with at least 2 years on sales manager level 
• Strong sales track record and with good team building experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good experience in re-seller management
• Experience in healthcare products would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Computer literate
