Job Description
The Job:
You will lead the expanding sales team and perform the following duties:
- Identify sales opportunities, set and implement sales strategies, explore and establish new sales channels to achieve company goals
- With growing product ranges, expand and build the sales team to cover a broader market coverage
- Lead and drive the Sales team to implement sales plans with an aim to maximize business return
- Set up sales report system and keep management updated with analysis of market & performance, forecast update and advice on changes
- Work with marketing team to build up sales and marketing plan

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales with at least 2 years on sales manager level
- Strong sales track record and with good team building experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good experience in re-seller management
- Experience in healthcare products would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Computer literate
