Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers enquiries and complaints through email and hotline
  • General sales administrative duties such as prepare invoice, quotation and follow up with customers
  • Provide general support to the department head and the whole sales team on daily operation
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpretation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Initiative, organized, and detail-oriented
