Responsibilities:

• To deliver training courses and be responsible for overall administrative duties of training programs
• To assist in monitoring the quality of the training programs in accordance with the QA system
• To liaise with instructors and various training partners
• To develop and conduct training program to frontline staff
• To review and recommend improvements and update all training materials as directed by Manager
• To handle training arrangement and cooperate with different departments

Requirements

• Degree or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience in training
• Solid experience in F&B is preferred
• Familiar with Taiwan’s culture is highly preferred
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result–oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency of Putonghua speaking
