Responsibility:

Operation support

1. Order management (for retail and wholesale)

• Future seasonal order (every 3 months)
• Daily operation (including re-orders for wholesale, order cancellation/rejection, establish codes in the system, etc.)

2. Wholesale-specific responsibility

• Seasonal buy meeting coordination and organization (every 3 months)
• Shipment forecast
• oroduct arrival and delivery follow-up

3.Customer service

• Act as the coordination hub between external customers (i. e. wholesale clients) and internal related business partners (sales, merchandising, finance, IT…)
• Collect the information and assign the trouble shooting accordingly (for both retail and wholesale)

4. Promotional material planning and ordering as requested (for both retail and wholesale)

• New store opening (mannequin, paper bag, hanger, etc.)
• Marketing related material (poster, POP, light box, etc.)

Sales analysis and data maintenance

1. Retail:

Analyze the sales from business angle, such as regional sales status, Retail KPI, sell-in, sell-through, etc.

2. Wholesale:

Breakdown annual group target, set customer annual target and rebate scheme

3. Data base maintenance (for both retail and wholesale)

Qualification:

1.  Computer: SAP, Sales force, Microsoft office (particularly strong excel skills)
2.  Language: English proficiency
3. Well-organized, good time management, able to independently prioritize tasks and timely follow up
4. Proactively feedback to related business partners, good communication skills
5. Retail-spirited and service-oriented
