Job Description 工作範圍

• Promote fuel card, to explore business opportunities and new customers
  負責油咭推廣，開拓新商機及客源
• Perform a team player to lead and develop a professional team
  作為領導者，建立銷售專業團隊
• Manage and coach the team to improve performance to achieve sales target
  管理及指導銷售團隊，提升績效以達至銷售目標
• Assist and implement sales strategies for business growth
  協助執行銷售策略以達到公司銷售增長及盈利目標
• Responsible for sales team recruitment
  負責約見面試及聘請銷售員
• Follow-up sales order and analysis sales figure
  跟進銷售員返單及了解銷售情況
• Out-door work is required
  需戶外工作

Requirements 入職要求

• Form 5 or above
  中五或以上程度
• At least 3 to 4 years working experiences in managerial level in sales/service industry
  最少3 - 4年銷售或客戶服務的管理級經驗
• Able to lead a Sales Team and team building
  有能力領導及建立銷售團隊
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及必須懂得中文輸入法 (倉頡 / 速成)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  良好人際關係及溝通能力
• Aggressive, outgoing, initiative, well-connected and responsible person
  積極進取、外向、主動、人脈廣及具責任感
• Strong personal network in Sales Industry is highly preferred
  於銷售行業中具有良好的人際網絡優先
• Candidate with less relevant working experiences will be considered as Sales Supervisor
  較少相關經驗者將獲考慮為營業主管

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘萬泰利廣場

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
