Job Description

The Job 

Being a key member of the Commercial Hotline – Retention Team, the job holder will: 

  • Lead a team of call center sales specialists to develop proactive retention sales strategies to maximize the sales prospects and market share for HKT’s best-in-class commercial products – HKT Broadband, One Communications and telephone line services.
  • Develop and deploy effective long-term customer growth strategy to sustain and achieve sales pipeline and enhance customer’s stickiness and loyalty
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good working relationship with support to SME customer’s account
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day call center operations and act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, regularly review internal process for continuous improvement in operations efficiency
  • Take up any ad-hoc task and project as assigned

The Person

  • F.7 or above with a minimum  of 5 years’ solid sales experience in managing corporate clients with proven track record in sales retention and expansion
  • Good understanding of call center operations
  • Sound business acumen with strong leadership and people management skill to motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales target
  • Sales and customer oriented with strong will to win, tactful and creative in agile business environment
  • Resilient with excellent selling, interpersonal and presentation skills, be able to build rapports with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery of the sales orders
  • Mature and be able to perform multi-task and can work under high pressure
  • Fluent  in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Frequent travelling to GZ office is required.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
