Responsibility:

• Lead the sales team to achieve Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Manage and oversee the daily store operation
• Motivate the front line staff to maintain the team’s stability, morale and customer service standard
• Accountable for sales and profit development for the stores
• Ensure efficient activities for order flow and inventory level
• Evaluate the manpower planning and headcount allocation

Requirement:

• Minimum 3-5 years management experience in retail operation preferably luxury fields
• Sales driven and target oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good analytical skill and merchandise management
• Good computer literate, MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
