Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and professional level of customer service in alignment with the company standards
• Initiate and participate in-house sales activities
• Follow up customers' inquiries, prepare sales quotations and invoices etc.
• Coordinate with customers, factory and internal parties for all round processing
• Assisting Sales Executive for overall sales aspects

Requirements

• Tertiary level with good command of English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing
