Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the SkyPier operations
• Process data in operational database and analyze on trend for passenger and baggage throughput and passenger repatriation case
• Perform tasks in relation to licensee agreement and contractor management including upstream port audits and KPIs monitoring
• Perform daily tax refund verification and weekly billing on departure tax refund. Liaise and resolve with airlines and FHA on any tax refund issues
• Perform administrative tasks such as compilation of reports/summary and billing on check-in counter usage

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experiences in airport management industry / airline operation industry
• Higher diploma holder with minimum 4 years’ working experiences in airport-related area will also be considered
• Experience in airport passenger handling with cross boundary transport knowledge is an absolute advantage
• Strong analytical, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to travel in Pearl River Delta region and Macau
