Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Sales Team and Customer for ordering arrangement
• Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry
• Incoming call / email / fax handling
• Resolve the enquiries of customers
• Coordinates with warehouse operation and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders
• Handle customer account maintenance
• Day Shift: 07:00 - 16:00/08:00 -17:00 (6 Working Days) 
• Night Shift: 16:00 - 24:00/17:00 - 24:00 (6 Working Days)
• Overnight Shift: 24:00 - 08:00 (6 Working Days)

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel, Word, Outlook Express, Email, and Chinese Word Processing
• Disciplined, self-motivated, well-organised, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and hard working.
• Able to work under pressure 
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Fresh graduation students are also welcome to apply
