Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake Personal Care products and Export markets.
• Make sales strategies, plans and execute BTL promotions and sales activities to achieve sales target.
• Build, develop and maintain good customer relationships.
• Work with marketing team for promotion activities and merchandizing team for promotion update.
• Optimize trade spending to maximize revenue.
• Perform sales reviews and trade terms negotiation.
• Monitor customers, export markets and competitor activities to provide feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ sales experience of export markets, preferably gained from FMCG industry with three years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
• Possess strong knowledge on Personal Care products and business process of export market.
• Effective planning, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Number sensitive
• Proficient in MS applications
