職責：

• 執行及參與不同類型電影節、電影分享會、電影優先場等文化活動
• 協助宣傳及執行會員活動
• 處理前線工作包括會員入會、續會、講解MOViE MOViE戲院活動及電影頻道資訊、售賣精品、盤點等等日常運作
• 管理會員資料庫
• 經電話及電郵解答會員查詢
• 需輪班及於公眾假期工作
• 兼職時薪$42，每星期上班最少3天，每天最少8小時工作，需輪班及需於周日及假期工作

要求：

• 喜歡與人溝通、富責任感、熱誠、態度友善、具獨立處事能力
• 中五畢業或以上
• 中英文良好，能以英語溝通，懂普通話者更佳
• 有前線服務經驗 / 居住港島東區 / 觀塘區 / 西貢區者可獲優先考慮
• 具基本電腦知識，如中文輸入法、Word、Excel、Email等

 Job Description:

 Handling all customer service-related matters, including:

• Execution and participation at diverse film festivals, movie sharing sessions, preview screenings, merchandise selling and stock check etc.
• Assistance in promotion & operation of members’ activities
• Handling of daily operation of frontline membership counter, such as member registration, renewal, introducing MOViE MOViE cinema happenings & channel highlights etc.
• Maintaining membership database
• Answering enquiries and handling complaints via email and telephone
• Shift-duty and working on public holidays is required
• Part time hourly salary $42, min. 3 days per week, min. 8 hrs per day, shift-duty and must include Sundays and public holidays.

Requirements:

• A love and aptitude for communicating with people, a cheerful disposition, trustworthy, responsible and possessing an ability to work independently
• F.5 education or above
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferable but not essential
• With experience in front line member service / live in Eastern District, Hong Kong / Kwun Tong District / Sai Kung District would be an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency, e.g. Chinese word processing, word, excel, email
• Passion for film or culture preferable but not essential
