Responsibilities 

• Lead the Key Account team to achieve the sales target of assigned agencies and channels by formulating sales planning and strategies
• Ensure clear revenue, distribution and merchandising objectives set monthly/ annually in conjunction with marketing teams and principals directly
• Focus on optimizing volume and margin mix to enhance profitability for the Company and the clients by brand and category
• Monitor and control the trade spending within budget via regular reviews against objectives internally and externally
• Resource in market with appropriate skill set and champion with retailers advantaged positions by category
• Lead, motivate and develop the Key Account team to meet and exceed agreed goals and objectives

Requirement 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ key account management experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry, with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory level
• Good connection with key account is an added advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Result oriented, effective planning, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS applications
