Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide quality service and follow up customer related issues
  • Assist to achieve sales target with sales team
  • Carry out translation and interpretation jobs of Chinese, Japanese and English
  • Support daily operation and participate in ad hoc assignments
  • Assist to sales team for seminar and exhibition

Requirements:

  • HKID permanent holder
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua), Japanese and English is a MUST, achieved Level 2 or above of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is preferred
  • Honest, polite, good interpersonal skill and team player
  • Attention to details, hardworking and willing to work in flexible time
  • Knowledge in finance or property market is an advantage
