Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide quality service and follow up customer related issues
- Assist to achieve sales target with sales team
- Carry out translation and interpretation jobs of Chinese, Japanese and English
- Support daily operation and participate in ad hoc assignments
- Assist to sales team for seminar and exhibition
Requirements:
- HKID permanent holder
- Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua), Japanese and English is a MUST, achieved Level 2 or above of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is preferred
- Honest, polite, good interpersonal skill and team player
- Attention to details, hardworking and willing to work in flexible time
- Knowledge in finance or property market is an advantage
