Job Description
YOU NEED TO BE...
- 5-7 years' experience in retail industry with at least 2-3 years at shop supervisory level
- Previous experience in Luxury sector is preferred
- Strong ability in staff management
- Excellency in customer service, pleasant personality and passionate with high fashion sense
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of visual display and promotions
- Self-motivated, hardworking, mature, strong team work and enthusiastic attitude
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Store Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
- Ensure smooth store daily operation and maintain positive brand image
- Analyze key data and strategies to enhance the business
- Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities
- Provide feedback / suggestions to Merchandising Team
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities
