Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of operations and documentation process, including daily reports of inventory, transaction and shipment arrangement
• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle Inbound/Outbound shipping documents in according to ISO requirements, and ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP
• To coordinate closely and effectively with our global offices, service providers, carriers, etc.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above;
• At least 2 years experience in Customer Services is an advantage;
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must;
• Familiar with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature;
• Immediately available is highly preferable
