Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints with customer.
- Help maintain good relationships with customers.
- Prepare monthly report & administrative work.
Job Requirements/Skills/Requirement
- Diploma holder or above.
- At least 1 year working experience, preferably in IT or Retails industry.
- Strong analytical mind, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, independent, organized and fast paced.
- Honest, responsible, hard-working and a good team player.
- An excellent communications skill in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must.
- China working experience is preferred
