Reporting to the Senior Business Support Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Handle customer orders processing
• Coordinate daily packing operation with internal departments and external service provider (3PL), includes but not limited to job schedule monitoring, packing materials documents preparation and product quality checking, etc.
• Perform administration and other ad-hoc duties in the department as assigned

The successful candidate will:

• Be a higher diploma holder or above
• Have at least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in order processing or logistics-related operations
• Be with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (Advanced in Excel will be an advantage but not a must)

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Clerk.
