Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from a selected customer base to promote company products and treatment service
- Answer customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
- Explore new clients, new channels and new opportunities to meet company sales target
- Make servicing calls to follow up with existing customers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in telemarketing or customer service
- Self-disciplined, presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
