To cope with our continuous business growth, we are now seeking for an experienced hands-on sales manager to lead our young and dynamic internal sales team.

What you need to bring to the role:

• To process all incoming enquiries & orders from different sales channels
• Exceed individual and team sales targets & KPIs
• Focus on telesales and close deals over email & phone
• Actively promote company products & services, upsell & cross-sell in every opportunity, perform warm call & cold call to build rapport with customer and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain customer database
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Sales/Telesales industry
• Have superior selling technique, communication skills & interpersonal skill
• Excellent telephone manner
• Passionate, thrive on stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High sense of responsibility, aggressive, attention to details, diligent and work independently
• Proficiency in speaking of English & Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferable
  
  

Remuneration Package:

• Monthly $11,000 - $18,000 plus incentive
• On target incentive will be a minimum of $4000
• Uncapped incentive
• Discretionary bonus, staff referral bonus
