Location : Quarry Bay

Working hours : 42.5 hours per week

                            (shift duties and will work on Sun and Public holidays)

Position : Concierge Consultant x 4 vacancies

 *more experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Consultant

Shared team - HK$16,000 - 22,000 plus KPI (Call centre experience is preferable)

Premier team - HK$22,000 - 24,000 plus KPI (Call centre and concierge service is preferable)

Purpose of job :

The candidates will fulfill excellent customer service and the requests through a variety of resources (via phones , emails, wechat, and other communications response in a prompt, professional, and concise manner, befitting the servicing to the clients.

Duties :

- Handle inbound/outbound calls (non-telesales) and emails communications to answer enquiries and concierge service to Banks' clients - individual premier clients.

- Provide life style information and other requests as necessary, e.g. travelling itinerary, ticketing, fine dining, entertainment, lifestyle products…etc.

- detail oriented, good communication skills, patient and polite

- able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and western culture environment.

- Cantonese and good in spoken and written English
