Responsibilities:

• Handle sales orders, customers’ requirements and enquiries
• Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
• Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns, replacements and payments
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Liaise with logistics & warehouse department for the arrangement of delivery and inventory control
• Responsible for sales data input, analytical reports and document filing
• Responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse including but not limited to stock control and inventory management
• Assist in regular stock count and prepare related reports
• Maintain and update inventory record
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above
• Experience in using logistics/warehouse system is preferred
• Proficient in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• 1-2 years working experience in logistics/warehouse (experience in FMCG Company will be an asset)

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Hard working and willing to work overtime
• Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility
